NIKITAS SIAMKOURIS
GAME DESIGNER

ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Nikitas, a Game Arts and Design graduate from the University of Plymouth. I design with a focus on gameplay, level design, and balance, the parts that shape how a game actually feels to play.
I grew up building Lego worlds and Minecraft universes, and I've been taking things apart to see how they work ever since. These days I run D&D for my group as Dungeon Master, which is really just live game design: writing characters, balancing encounters, and improvising when players go off-script. I also play Yu-Gi-Oh competitively, which keeps me close to how balance plays out in practice.
I'm a dual Greek-French citizen, UK-educated, and never happier than in an international setting. That pull sent me on a solo month-long journey across Japan last summer, chasing a culture I've loved for years, from anime and arcades to samurai and myths, one that's left its fingerprints all over the games I grew up with.
Now I'm looking for my first studio role, a place to put all of this to work, ideally somewhere with a strong games culture.
